  2.                                             WolfenCheat 2.0

  4. WolfenCheat 2.0 is a system extension which adds an extra menu to Wolfenstein 3D and lets you access all the cheats that I know about. Note that version 2.0 does not add any new cheats to the menu (as far as I know there are no new ones).

  6. WolfenCheat 2.0 adds the ability to better locate hidden doors by changing the way they are displayed so that they better stand out against the adjoining walls.

  8. To work, put the extension in the 'Extensions' folder and restart your mac. The extension requires system seven or later to run.

  10. The list of cheats supported has been taken from a post by David Christoffersen on comp.sys.mac.games

  12. Thanks to Patrick Gray for rewriting the menu strings to make them a little easier to understand.

  14. Here are the currently supported cheats:

  18. burger =  full weapons, yes there is more than the chain gun, full ammo based on how much you can carry.
  19.  
  20. wowzers = increase bullet capacity to 999 for bullets, and 99 for others. No better weapons than you already have.

  22. ledoux  =no damage to you, and no loss of ammo
  23.  
  24. iddqd   same as ledoux, needed to turn it off.
  25.  
  26. seger   = gives you the keys, not important in demo, but may come in handy later
  27.  
  28. appleiigs   = tells you where all the secret doors are.  On the map, a secret door is labeled with a picture of your head
  29.  
  30. mccall     = allows you to swtich to the beginning of any of the 3 levels

  32. xuscnielppa  =no damage, and refills weapons to current capacity

  36. You can access all of these without WolfenCheat 2.0 just by typing in the words

  41. DISPLAYING HIDDEN DOORS
  42.  
  43. WolfenCheat 2.0 modifies the maps as they are read into memory so that
  44. hidden doors are more visible. Hidden doors are changed to a brick wall . (If the door was originally a brick wall it is changed to a blue wall).

  46. Sometimes the door is displayed as garbage (a bunch of jumbled colored squares). This is because the level does not contain any walls of that type and thus has not rendered the drawing. This is ok and won't hurt anything and in fact makes it easier to spot the hidden walls.
